My vet is the best because they treat 18 year od Thibidaux very well, he purrs every time we go. They are conveniently very close so I don't have to drive him far. And they are VERY understanding - my partner has stage 4 cancer and I cannot always bring Thibidaux in for his thyroid check ups - they are very kind of BOTH of us and do their best to fit me in and work with us in a kind and compassionate manner which is incredibly supportive. I LOVE these people.

The clinic itself is warm, inviting, friendly, and most of all efficient! Dr. Teich himself is incredible. I recently adopted an older dog from the south with a chronic leg injury and the last thing I wanted was to feel like I made a mistake getting a special needs pup. The Doc gave it to me straight, didn't beat around the bush about G's needs, and was completely hilarious all while showing a ton of compassion for my little guy I think I heard someone call him the Dr. House of vets and that's not totally inaccurate, he's just nicer. I had more than enough stupid questions and he answered them all with no judgment. Gagne was nervous and sat on my lap the whole time but Dr. Teich waited for him to warm up and was super kind and gentle during his exam, which only took a couple minutes. We probably sat and chatted for 20 minutes after, too! He's so personable and real, it was honestly like talking to a friend who just cared a TON about my dog. He helped me out with samples of medicine too and a tennis ball for G, which helped me save a little money and helped G open up a bit in the clinic and show off the great dog he is. Whenever I leave they always follow up after to make sure G is doing well. Dr. Teich has earned my business for life, no question.

Dr. Olsen and all the staff at B Street Vet are fantastic! Two of my rescue dogs have very serious anxiety and trust issues. Any trip outside the home is incredibly stressful for me, especially when we used to go to a different vet. But at B Street, the staff and doctors are patient, kind, and understanding of my dog’s issues and needs. They go out of their way to ensure we have a private waiting and check-out area where they won’t be stressed by other animals and strangers. Every time we go in, Dr. Olsen sits down on the floor and waits patiently until my dogs are ready to approach and sniff her. And she always brings in a can of dog food to win over their hearts! Even if she has a busy day with a ton of walk-ins, she always takes her time in our appointments and goes as slow as my dogs need in order to feel comfortable. My dogs aren’t the only ones who get this treatment. I always see her staff going out of their way to make sure that all dogs and owners are comfortable, especially those that are very anxious. I know my rescues are a special bunch and not everyone’s cup of tea but it really means a lot to me that at B Street they have a safe space where they can get the loving care they deserve.
